A - REGISTRATION FEES

 

 

 

  • Registration fees does not cover VAT

 

B – ACCOMODATION

 

 

  • All accomodation fees are two days (17-18 September 2015) and including buffet breakfast

 

C - AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE IN ANKARA

 

  • If a transfer to the hotel is preferred from the organization, the staff on duty will arrange a special transfer with the special rates which are mentioned below only for the participants In case a transfer request from the symposium organization, please completely fill in the related part of the symposium application form Transfer fees does not cover VAT

 

Payment Information

  • All payments must be made in Euro (€) by credit card (visa, master card) or by bank draft payable to the “FURNITURE DESIGN 2015”
  • For the acceptance of your registration, please send the copy of the payment receipt to the organization secretariat along with the enclosed properly filled in registration form by fax or e-mail (serhat@akademikongrecom) Please make sure your registration form and payment reach the organization secretariat
  • If the registration fee will be paid by credit card, please fill the part for credit card information on the registration form, sign and send to the organization secretariat by fax or e-mail

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be in written notification and addressed to the organization secretariat by fax or e-mail, cancellations by phone will not be accepted
  • Until August 01, 2015, 50% of the total price will be charged
  • After August 01, 2015, cancellation requests will not be accepted and the total price will be charged
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference
